Qualifications:


   • 2 years experience in a restaurant or retail leadership role

What You'll Do:


   • Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
   • Follow directions from the Executive Chef
   • Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety/sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

What You'll Do:


   • Know and follow all policies & procedures
   • Welcome and greet guests
   • Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them
   • Know regular guests by name, their preferences and their needs
   • Inform guests of specials and menu changes
   • Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
   • Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services
   • Answer questions about store retail products
   • Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen

   • Ensure a neat and clean station - check table-tops, polish silverware and glasses, wipe bases, check floor, wipe windowsills, chairs, windows
   • Monitor and observe guests' dining experience

   • Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)

Qualifications:


   • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, restaurant or bar service with a basic knowledge of dining room service procedures
   • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
   • Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
   • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
   • Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
   • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Appolonia standards
   • Must follow safety procedures closely
   • Must be able to work on holidays and/or weekends
