general@appoloniaaz.comNaming his restaurant after his great grandmother, Appolonia Varello (shown on the right with her husband, Rocco Giovanni), Chef Christopher Costantino has combined his love of cooking with his Italian heritage to produce favorite Italian specialties, including antipasti, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan, meatball sub sandwiches and cannoli for dessert.
Appolonia lived a simple life in a small community in Piemonte, Italy. She gathered her large family together at the end of the day for a supper of spaghetti or gnocchi covered with flavorful sauce, a radicchio salad and some red wine. They lingered over the meal enjoying each others’ company and the delicious food.
Chris’ passion is to bring this same wonderful experience to American families. The benefit to you is that you can leave the cooking to us. Just order, have the delicious food delivered, and pop open a nice bottle of red wine.
